Name the rotation and add up to four other people. They can take turns immediately and create accounts later; Pay Pong never moves money or connects to a bank account.

Someone who has never paid goes first. Otherwise, Pay Pong chooses the member whose latest payment is oldest. The answer updates as soon as a bill is logged.
