Your agreement with Pay Pong

These Terms of Service govern your use of Pay Pong, operated by Evko Development LLC. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Pay Pong. Contact support@paypong.app with questions.

What Pay Pong does

Pay Pong helps small groups remember who paid and identify whose turn is next. Someone who has never paid goes first; otherwise, the person whose latest payment is oldest is next. Pay Pong tracks turns, not exact financial fairness. It does not split bills, calculate debts, connect to bank accounts, hold funds, or move money between group members.

The people in your group decide whether taking turns is appropriate and whether to follow the suggested next payer. Pay Pong is a record-keeping aid, not financial or legal advice.

Accounts and eligibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for activity under your account. Keep your sign-in credentials secure and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. Pay Pong is not intended for children under 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use the service only with a parent or guardian's permission.

Groups, guests, and shared links

Only add people you have a legitimate reason to include in a group, and use invitation email addresses responsibly. Other signed-in group members can see group details and turn history, including amounts and receipts that members save. A guest added by name can take part in the rotation before creating an account.

A group owner may create a live status link that shows limited turn information to anyone who has the link, without requiring a viewer account. The owner can revoke it. You are responsible for deciding whom to share a group or link with.

Your content

You keep your rights to names, group images, receipts, and other content you add. You give Pay Pong permission to host, process, and display that content as needed to operate the service and make it available to the group members you choose. You must have the right to provide the content and must not use Pay Pong to violate anyone else's rights or privacy.

Receipt scanning is optional and may make mistakes. Review and correct suggested restaurant names or totals before saving a turn.

Free and Premium plans

The current Free and Premium features and prices are listed on our Pricing page and at checkout. Premium is a recurring subscription billed through Stripe. The checkout page shows the price and billing interval before you subscribe. Your subscription renews on that interval until you cancel it. You can manage or cancel billing from your Pay Pong profile through Stripe's billing portal. Cancelling stops future renewals. Contact support@paypong.app about billing problems or refunds; applicable law governs any refund rights.

We may change features or prices in the future. We will give notice of material changes when appropriate; a new price will not be charged to an existing subscription without the notice or consent required by law.

Acceptable use

Do not access another person's account without permission, probe or disrupt the service, upload unlawful or harmful content, misuse invitations or live links, or use automated requests that interfere with other users. We may limit or suspend access when reasonably needed to protect the service or others.

Availability and account deletion

We work to keep Pay Pong available, but features may change or be interrupted. You can stop using the service and delete your account from your profile. Account deletion removes your membership and may transfer ownership of a shared group to another member; shared history may remain for that group. If you have a known active Premium subscription, Pay Pong attempts to cancel it before deleting your account and stops deletion if cancellation fails.

Responsibility and limits

The service is provided as available. We do not guarantee that a rotation suggestion, receipt scan, reminder, or saved record will be error-free or fit every group's understanding of fairness. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Evko Development LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of Pay Pong. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new update date. If a change materially affects your use of Pay Pong, we will provide additional notice when appropriate. Continued use after the revised terms take effect means you accept them. For questions, email support@paypong.app.
